Return and Refund Policy

At Truth Power Greatness (TPG), we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality online classes and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns and refunds.

General Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues or errors caused by TPG that prevent access to the purchased service or class.

  • Cancellations initiated by TPG due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of a service if reported within the designated time frame (see Section 4).

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to attend live classes or scheduled appointments.

  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons outside TPG’s control (e.g., internet connectivity issues on the customer’s end).

  • Completed services or classes where materials were delivered and accessed in full.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@truthpowergreatness.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  • Provide your name, order number, the service or class purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund.

  • Attach proof of payment and any relevant details to support your request.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days.

Refund Timelines and Methods

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policies for Online Classes & Appointments

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or appointment to qualify for a full refund.

    • Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Truth Power Greatness-Initiated Cancellations:

    • In the event Truth Power Greatness cancels a service, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Dissatisfaction Claims

  • If you are unsatisfied with an online class or service, please notify us within 24 hours of the session's completion by emailing info@truthpowergreatness.com with detailed feedback. Refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

​No-Refund Items

  • E-books, downloadable content, and other digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • Membership subscriptions will not be refunded after the billing cycle has commenced.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

  • Our refund policy complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations, including electronic commerce guidelines.

Changes to the Refund Policy

  • TPG reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
